Located 8 miles north of Plato, this land will produce cereals, oilseeds and pulse crops. Three quarters are rated F and one G for crop insurance. Frost free period is in excess of 110 days.

The Annual Surface Lease Rental Payment for 2 wells on the NE 2-27-18 W3 from Crescent Point is $4,900.00. The lease agreement includes the right to negotiate the payment in starting in 2021. Crescent Point has indicated they would be developing 2 more wells on that site. With the 3 dugouts on the section, there is potential for water sales to oil drilling companies in the area.
